3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones
• Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has started
• Refunds (if applicable) are granted only under exceptional circumstances

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Once the project is completed and full payment is received, the client owns full rights to the final work
• Book Nest Co reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio (unless agreed otherwise)

5. Revisions

• We offer revisions as per the selected package
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges

• Market performance or sales of published books
